Leonard Cheshire's Change 100 Programme Now Open For Applications

08 October 2018

The Change 100 scheme was launched by Leonard Cheshire in 2014 to enable young disabled people to obtain useful work experience and mentoring in a labour market where statistics show that the employment opportunities are still stacked against disabled employees. It also aims to broaden the public’s understanding of what disability is, as well as highlight the fact many disabled students are talented, ambitious, and would thrive in all business sectors.

To apply to Change 100, you must:

  • Be eligible to work in the UK for a summer
  • Consider yourself to have a disability or long-term health condition
  • Be predicted or have achieved at least a 2:1 (or have mitigating circumstances you can detail around a lower grade)
  • Be in your penultimate or final year of study, or graduated in 2017 or 2018

Closing date for applications is 16th January 2019.
