We know from people in the Community how busy / stressful life can be, and it’s easy to get caught up in the rush of it all and not have time to pause and reflect. Paying more attention to the present moment – to our own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around us – can improve our mental wellbeing.
This is why we’re running a 6-week Mindfulness Mondays programme for anyone in the SMA Community aged 18+.
Starting on the 4th October, these live, drop-in style group sessions of 30 minutes every Monday lunchtime will be led by occupational therapist Josephine Dolan-Dufourd.
