Survey About The Impact Of Physiotherapy

24 October 2018

Imogen, an A Level student at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form college, is running this survey:

Hi everyone,

I am currently at college doing a levels and an Extended project qualification at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College. My project is based around SMA and my question posed is ‘To what extent does Physiotherapy improve the quality of life for those with spinal muscular atrophy compared to other care pathways?’ I am hoping you can help me with your or a family member’s first-hand experience of coping with the condition and which treatments you found most beneficial. People of all ages and types of SMA can take part. The reason I have focussed on this study is that I am hoping to study Physiotherapy with an interest in Neuromuscular studies at the University of Liverpool.

Of course any information you give me will remain anonymous, as SurveyMonkey can provide this option.

My first draft is due on 5th November, so it would be great if you can respond by then, but they survey will stay open until the beginning of December. Thank you.

Kind regards,
