A weekend event created exclusively for adults with SMA, held during one of the warmest months of the year in England. The Calvert Trust is set in a beautiful rural location next to the Exmoor National Park, overlooking Wistlandpound in the South West of England.

Over the weekend, you will be able to:

• Meet new people
• Spend time in a safe, non-judgmental space
• Bring your PA/Carer(s) with you
• Have your own accessible room
• Swim in a heated pool
• Enjoy free meals and evening entertainment
• Try out new outdoor activities (inc. abseiling, zip-wire, canoeing, archery)

All you need are your personal belongings and a sense of adventure!

Being part of a larger group of adults can help you to:

• Feel a greater sense of belonging and community
• Access opportunities for growth and learning
• Feel more comfortable in sharing your thoughts and feelings with others
• Increase your self-confidence and self-esteem

This weekend has been designed to help adults get out of their comfort zone and give people an incredible sense of freedom to create a more positive mindset.
