Hold Your Own M.A.D. Day in aid of SMA UK!

Make a Difference to those affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy by holding a FUNdraiser at your nursery or school!

A M.A.D. day (or Break the Rules day) is a chance to raise awareness and valuable funds for SMA UK at your school or nursery.

Holding a M.A.D. Day for SMA couldn’t be simpler:

• Choose a date
• Decide on a list of ideas which will break the rules for the day – just a few ideas are below:
  • Wear non- uniform / fancy dress or turn your uniform inside out
  • Create a crazy hairstyle using bright colours or accessories
  • Wear nail varnish
  • Bring in a lunchbox treat
  • Bring in a Toy / Game for breaktime
  • Choose where you sit in class
  • Skip assembly
• Fill in your M.A.D Day posters with your chosen ideas and let everyone know what you are planning
• Ask for donations of £1 per rule broken
• Have fun!
