FlexiGrants

Our FlexiGrants are allocated charity funds used to support all thoes living with SMA. We have two grant schemes outlined below which are open to all.

Applications may be made to one or both and decisions are made as soon as possible.

FG 1. Grant for assistance to access an NHS funded treatment or assessment. A maximum grant of £500 may be made every year. In very exceptional circumstances this upper limit may be higher.

FG 2. Grant for assistance with items or funds that support independence and alleviate hardship. A maximum grant of £600 may be made every year. In very exceptional circumstances, or for a specific piece of equipment, this upper limit may be higher.

Just to let you know that the GoTo seat arrived on Friday, and we used it for the first time yesterday at my mums as all the family went round for Sunday lunch so she got to sit at the table with all the family and she absolutely loved it so thank you so much for getting this for us.
