This form is to be completed by the main contact person (aged 18+) Our information, support and social events provide us with a fantastic opportunity to photograph and film our work in action. Photography and filming may be undertaken by either a film crew, as employed by the charity, or by members of our staff team and / or trained volunteers. We may use these images in publications, online, for publicity and / or other purposes to help achieve the charity’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
