Katharine is chief operating officer and chief finance officer for SAGE International which is a leading global publisher of journals, books and electronic media for academic, educational and professional markets. Since 1965, SAGE has helped inform and educate a global community of scholars, practitioners, researchers and students spanning a wide range of subject areas including business, humanities, social sciences and science, technology and medicine. Katharine has worked within the media sector for the last 14 years. She is a chartered accountant and an MBA and spent the early part of her career working for PwC focussing on acquisitions.
