SMArt Moves grant for mobility equipment up £2,500
SMArt Moves grant to fully fund mobility equipment and adaptations up to a value of £2,500:
For example we will fund the following to an existing chair:
Batteries, risers, adaptations, controlers, powerpacks, footplates, arm/head rests, tyres and seats/cushions. We will also offer grants towards specialist buggies.

What is the application process?
This round of applications will remain open until 30th September 2024.
We require the following documents in order to review your application:
1) Quote from a supplier with your name on. This can include new or second hand wheelchairs.
2) Assessment from an OT or physio acknowledging this piece of equipment meets your needs.
3) Proof that the applicant has a confirmed SMA diagnosis.
