Yvonne currently works part time for SMA UK as the Fundraising Administrator and has done since 2017. Yvonne previously worked for the Equality Advisory Support Service advising on discrimination covered under the Equality Act 2010 and has also volunteered as an advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Yvonne is passionate when it comes to helping people. Her role at SMA covers a wide range of tasks and she is often the first point of contact to SMA UK for those seeking support – compassion, empathy and of course a key understanding of the way in which SMA works, are fundamental in the role.

Yvonne has also supported the charity by taking part in various challenge events such as the Wolfrun and an open water swim!
