Join us for a relaxed and enjoyable SMA UK Northern Ireland Community Get-Together at the Beechlawn Hotel in Dunmurry, Belfast.

The event will be a great opportunity for families and members of the SMA community to come together, enjoy a lovely meal, have some fun and spend time catching up with one another.

Location: Beechlawn Hotel, 4 Dunmurry Lane, Dunmurry, Belfast, BT17 9RR

The event will take place in the hotel’s large function room at the rear of the building, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the day, as well as room for activities and wheelchair races.

Each registration provides places for up to five people.

To help us plan the day and make sure we can provide the best possible experience for everyone, please provide as much information as possible about who will be attending, including adults and children.

What’s included?

We are delighted to be able to offer a two-course meal, with a children’s menu also available.

We will be sending out further information about the food and menu choices closer to the event, when we will ask you to confirm your meal selections.

There will also be children’s entertainment and activities, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy a fun and relaxed day together.

Accessibility

The Beechlawn Hotel has been chosen with our community in mind, with the large function room providing plenty of space for wheelchairs, mobility equipment and activities.

If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please let us know when registering so that we can do everything possible to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable day.
