Our Picnic in the Park events are a series of relaxed, inclusive community gatherings held across the UK. They bring together individuals and families affected by SMA, alongside supporters, healthcare professionals, and local communities.
Across all events, we welcome between 200–300 attendees, offering sponsors meaningful engagement with a highly relevant and engaged audience.
These events are designed to:
– Create safe, accessible spaces for connection and peer support
– Raise awareness of SMA and the realities of living with disability
– Celebrate community, resilience, and inclusion
Each event typically attracts families, carers, and individuals with lived experience of SMA, making it a valuable environment for organisations working in accessibility and mobility solutions.
