Lucy joined the SMA UK team in March 2022, taking up the role to drive income growth and sustainability as well as managing the marketing and communications function.
Lucy has worked in the charity sector for over 10 years in senior management roles and is passionate about delivering systemic change that has an impact on the lives of others. She is a member of the Institute of Fundraising and is also trustee for a charity providing skills, employment and accommodation for people living with disabilities heading up the external affairs committee.
